Autorenporträt
Marianne Hockett is a registered nurse by profession who spent approximately 20 years as a stay-at-home mom raising four children. As a busy wife and mother, she spent countless hours on meal preparation for her active family. Being fairly organized by nature, she decided to use her skills to simplify and economize on time spent in the kitchen, while still providing healthy and delicious daily dinners. Giving numerous demonstrations at local women's conferences and MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) groups provided her with feedback on the needs of today's young mothers. As her own family has changed and evolved, she has found the BIG COOKING mini-versions provide another great option for herself and others to creatively address meal prep.
