This book is about my personal journey of lacking confidence and having such a hunger for purpose in my life and finally having the courage to take the first step in my leadership journey. My intention is for women to understand that they will never truly be fulfilled unless they step out in faith to realize their dreams. I speak from my own experience. the title of this book is called Butt Naked Leadership because it's raw, It's my true journey of transformation and at times when I would speak at workshops, I would use the phrase butt naked for the women to understand the authenticity of my story.
