The main purpose of the work is to analyze the foreign system of relationship quality evaluation, their adaptation and build a new model to operate on Russian industrial market. For this reason, it was necessary to meet the following objectives: - to study theoretical aspects of relationship quality; - to consider foreign models of assessing relationship quality on industrial markets; - to analyze basic features of relationship quality evaluation in Russian industrial companies; - to create a new model of assessing relationship quality to be implemented on Russian industrial market; - to test the model of assessing relationship quality on strategic and dyadic buyer-seller interaction perspectives and carry out recommendations. This research can helps companies evaluate theirs activities in field of relationships with partners and develop further strategies concerning establishing and maintaining relationships.
