The book give semi-classical approach to the calculation of fusion reaction cross-section and the angular momentum needed for a possible fusion reaction of the used heavy ions. Heavy ions are those ions whose A4 and are generally assumed to be too heavy for fusion reaction. This book has shown theoretically that it is possible to have heavy ions fuse.

Autor

Willice Odhiambo Obonyo is a Physics and Mathematics teacher at Rapogi High School, Kenya. He is also the HOD Mathematics at the school. Willice holds Msc (Physics) degree from Moi University, Kenya. He is also a part-time PhD (Physics) student at Moi University.
