Californian Carole Coates, is an avid collector, dealer, author, lecturer, and closet historian. She wrote the groundbreaking book Catalina Island Pottery and Tile: Island Treasures 1927-1937. Annie Dietz, also from California, is a passionate collector of all aspects of the California Revival style.
