Dr. Anjusha S. schloss ihr Studium der Botanik an der Universität von Kerala, Kerala, Indien, mit den akademischen Graden M.Sc., M.Phil und Ph.D. ab. Zu ihren Interessengebieten gehören Pharmakognosie, Phytochemie, Pflanzengewebekultur, Bioproduktion und Naturschutzbiologie. Derzeit absolviert sie ein Postdoktorandenstipendium im Rahmen des Science Engineering Research Board (SERB).
