An Orlando, Florida local, author Kristine Iverson loves to share her passion for well-being through a holistic lifestyle. She is a wellness advocate, animal and women's rights activist, yogi and business owner. Her diverse experiences give a wide perspective on the methods of well-being and self-care in everyday life. Naturally gifted in hospitality, Kristine absolutely loves to share this passion of serving with others. In 2015, Kristine founded CROW Practice, LLC, a wellness company focused on serving busy professionals. CROW (Coordinated Response on Wellness) works as a national hub of wellness experts who bring both live and virtual wellness sessions to events, such as yoga, aromatherapy crafts, and acupuncture. For nearly a decade, this network has provided endless opportunities for health and wellness experiences to be added to any event, meeting, or conference.
