The calmer we are the more present we are, and we can feel more connected to our relationships, our goals, and ourselves. You can access your inner calm without sitting on a yoga mat for hours or being in constant meditation. You can feel more comfortable and at ease and have confidence in the choice you make. You don't need all the spiritual accessories, you just need more of you. About The AuhtorSam Livermore was born in London. She trained as a psychodynamic counsellor completing her training in 2001 and went on to work in education for 14 years. She is a Personal Performance Life Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, EFT Practitioner and Crystal therapist. She combines all of this in her mixed modality approach with her Calm Up sessions.
