Jon Kerr was a sportswriter for United Press International and covered the Minnesota Twins for most of five seasons, including post-seasons and World Series. In addition, he has freelanced work for publications including the St. Paul Pioneer Press, City Pages, Twin Cities Reader, Minnesota Monthly, Twin Cities Business Monthly, Minneapolis Review of Baseball and was formerly editor of The Riverview Times. Jon received his M.A. from the University of Minnesota and has been a member of SABR (The Society for American Baseball Research). He currently lives in Portugal with his wife and little dog.
