Cameroon, the country with the largest GDP in the Central African subregion (CEMAC), has been chosen by its peers in the subregion to lead the rationalization. Aware of its potential, it is not making the most of this opportunity to prepare for the benefits that will result. What strategies should it adopt to take advantage of this opportunity? It is important to emphasize that this strategic study does not only concern Cameroon but is applicable to all countries in the ECCAS sub-region.
