Eliz¿beth Tu¿ker is a psychology coach and author who was born in Minnesota and moved to California to study when she was 18. Despite enjoying the Californian lifestyle, Eliz¿beth never quite got used to the heat, so she returned to her native Rochester at the age of 26, where she started working in a Private Primary School. In her free time, Eliz¿beth enjoys spending lots of it with her family, hiking, camping and fishing in the wilderness around her home.
