Autorenporträt
José A. Cabranes, a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, was general counsel of Yale University when appointed to the federal bench in 1979. He thereafter served long terms as a trustee of Yale, Colgate University, and, most recently, his undergraduate alma mater, Columbia University. Kate Stith, the Lafayette S. Foster Professor of Law at Yale Law School, served as a trustee (and as vice chair of the Board of Trustees) of her alma mater, Dartmouth College. Nathaniel Zelinsky is a J.D. candidate at Yale Law School. He holds degrees from Yale College and the University of Cambridge.
