John Yew Huat Tang, Ph.D, is currently the Head of Food Industry Department, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Malaysia. He has more than 10 years experience in the field of Food Microbiology and Food Safety. He has published his studies in 27 international peer reviewed journals.
