Mr. Samuel Hall is known for establishing small businesses and encouraging others to seek entrepreneurship for themselves. I am a graduate of Shaw High School in Shaw Mississippi, class of 1981. I received a bachelor of art degree in Social Work from Mississippi Valley State University in 1985. I received a Master in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 1986. I have worked for over 30 years as a Social Worker. I worked most of these years as a School Social Worker in the state of Georgia. I was introduced to entrepreneurship as a child as I assisted my mother and 6 sibling sale snow cones and ice cups throughout our community in Choctaw Mississippi. I became a leader among class member in High School by holding a position in School clubs and organizations. I have conducted hundreds of workshops and seminars on anti-bullying awareness for school age students. Finally, I love to be very creative in making people laugh. I started writing poems in high school and at family reunions. My sisters would encourage me to write poetry so they could laugh at them. I always reflect back to the years of laughter my family shared from reading my poems.
