Jessica Lee was born in South Korea and grew up in Los Angeles, California. She attended college at Otis Parsons College of Art and Design. The inspiration for writing her children's books are her three children-two daughters and a son. Jessica still resides in Los Angeles with her family and many guinea pigs.
