One may ask whether the legal framework existing today is sufficient to manage the situations generated by the practice of IMG? In other words, how does the law try to find a compromise between medicine and ethics?The whole of our study proposes to return to the reflection and the questioning of the practice of medical interruption of pregnancy in France. The current practice of termination of pregnancy in multidisciplinary prenatal diagnosis centers has tended to spread from one center to another, without the legislator having codified it, but over time, it is likely to grow if the legislator does not consider harmonizing this practice.
