D. A. Wood is a researcher and writer who teaches philosophy at Xavier and Dillard universities in New Orleans. He is the editor and translator of Amilcar Cabral's Resistance and Decolonization and the author of Epistemic Decolonization, among other articles on philosophy, politics, and religion.
