Geoffrey Hale est professeur au Département de science politique de l'Université Lethbridge. Après ses études de baccalauréat à l'Université Princeton, il a poursuivi des études de deuxième et de troisième cycles à l'Université Western Ontario. Greg Anderson est professeur au Département de science politique de l'Université de l'Alberta. Détenteur d'un diplôme de maîtrise en histoire américaine à l'Université de l'Alberta, il a complété son doctorat à l'Université John Hopkins.
