With both a French and English colonial background every European nation contributes to its culture as do all Asian countries especially the Indian sub continent and China. With at least seven major regions to govern putting together a national constitution has been a work in progress since about 1815. I have divided this progress into seven Crossroads with two chapters on the challenging system of governance. I hope you understand my country better and enjoy this modest effort.
