The only existing similar bibliography was published in 1930. The tremendous developments in the fields of research and publishing in Canada during the past thirty years have made it very desirable that a new bibliography should be prepared. It covers such topics as general bibliographies; current bibliographies; collective bibliographies; author bibliographies; newspapers; manuscripts; temperance; religion; sociology and folklore; politics; law ; education; commerce; linguistics; sciences; anthropology; biology; botany; zoology; agriculture; technology; fine arts; numismatics; music; literature; geography; geography; history. There are very complete indexes to compilers, subjects and authors.
