There is no population based cancer registry in our country to provide reliable data on cancer incidence, prevalence and mortality. This study aims to see the distribution of cancer patients and treatment patterns at Dhaka Medical College,Bangladesh.The information collected consists of demographics, site of cancer, type of cancer, type of treatments, and effort to identify people of which age range are in the risk of cancer.This study also revealed the familial history of cancer and effort to indicate the hereditary relationship in the genesis of cancer.
