Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. The Canon EOS 10D is a discontinued 6.3-megapixel semi-professional digital SLR camera, initially announced on February 27, 2003. It replaced the EOS D60, which is also a 6.3-megapixel digital SLR camera. It was succeeded by the EOS 20D in August 2004. The 10D is the last APS-C camera to only be able to mount EF lenses. The 10D was released before Canon made EF-S lenses available. All successive Canon Digital SLR cameras with APS-C sensors can mount the EF-S lenses.
