New measurement technology for capacitance technique is presented. Dr. Habil. Sc. Eng. Imants Matiss is a professor of Electrical Engineering at Riga Technical University. He has worked as a head of testing laboratory to Institute of Polymer Mechanics, Latvian Academy of Sciences (1967-2005). His research interests are nondestructive testing of physical properties of materials, electromagnetic field theory.
