Stauffer Miller is a native of West Virginia. He and his wife, Ellie, moved to Cape Cod in 1994 and resided along Keveney Lane in Barnstable. His interest in the Cape and the Civil War sprang from his membership in the local Civil War Roundtable group. He and Ellie currently live in Charlottesville, Virginia.
