1929 World Depression was a major crisis, and it influenced and changed the whole world. In a sense, the 1930s was a transformation timeframe for the world economy. Another similar breakdown, crisis and transformation occurred in the 1970s. In these years, the world economy entered into a great change. From a point of view, we lived the derivatives of the 1970s in the 2000s. Our research focused on the examination of the relationship between production capital and financial capital, and detailed the translocation of production and the movements of financial capital in this process. In the first chapter of the book, the issue of foreign trade base and the translocation of production in the world economy during the liberalization of foreign trade was discussed. In the second chapter, the Chinese economy, which was the main focus of world capitalism in the process of production translocation, was examined in terms of both the reason for the change of production and host economy as well as in terms of entrepreneurship. In the third chapter, production capital, financial capital relations and crises experienced by the world economy were examined.
