The author, John Udoidem, Ph.D, is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Banking/Finance and Insurance, University of Uyo. He holds Ph.D degree in Finance. Presently, he is the Secretary, Board of Investments Committee of Kofana Securities and Investments Limited and member of the Board - Credit Committee of Prospect Microfinance Bank, Uyo.
