Dr. Hamid H. Kazeroony, PHR, is Business faculty member at Inver Hills Community College, USA, and Chair of the Scholar-Practitioner Publications Committee and co-Chair of Gender & Diversity, European Academy of Management. His research reflects his interest in the way methods of production impact on organizational leaders, institutions, values, and ethics, which has been manifested through his recent contributions to a wide range of academic books and journals. Agata Stachowicz-Stanusch, Ph.D., D.Sc., is Associate Professor of Management at the Silesian University of Technology, Poland, and Head of the Management and Marketing Department. Her research reflects her interest in integrity in management and management education, and her involvement in the United Nations-sponsored PRME initiative to make management education an effective vehicle for the delivery of the values and practices of integrity and social responsibility in business. She has published 14 books.
