Hence, to obtain a good quality produce and production during off season, there is a need to cultivate capsicum under protected condition such as green houses or polyhouses, shade net house. Protected cultivation has tremendous scope to improve the economy of the growers as well as fulfill the demand for vegetable crops throughout the year from the small piece of the land. Effect of different color shade net and shading percent on plant growth performance as well as on micro climate was studied and its finding is presented in this book.
