The Angel sci-fi action/adventure returns in six previously unpublished vintage pages with Verne Andru on story and pencils and George Freeman on inks. Angel finds her fortunes go from bad to worse after crash landing on an uncharted planet.

Autorenporträt
An award-winning designer, Verne Andru is best known for his animation work on Nelvana's animated cult-classic Rock & Rule and illustration for Captain Canuck, Universal, IKEA and Charlton Comics. His storied career includes teaching at the prestigious Vancouver Film School and creating the Simply Accounting name while working directly with Apple's Steve Jobs on that products' overwhelming success. Driven to draw, Verne is working on new instalments of the Captain Cannabis series he started back in the seventies. Told in a truly original voice, it's a unique mix of science fiction, dark comedy and gritty realism like nothing you've seen before.
