For further analysis T-ratio was applied on 0.05 level of significance. There was a significant difference in cardio respiratory endurance in experimental group with the ingestion of carbohydrate as the calculated t (3.08) is greater than tabulated t (2.262). However, there were no significant differences in experimental group of explosive leg strength and agility with the ingestion of carbohydrate as calculated t (0.168), (0.78) are smaller than tabulated t (2.262) respectively. Further there were no significant differences in the control group of all variables like cardio respiratory endurance, explosive leg strength and agility. On the other hand there was a significant difference only between the post test of experimental and control group in relation to cardio respiratory endurance as calculated t (2.36) is great than tabulated t (2.10).Carbohydrate ingestion had shown its effect only on cardio respiratory endurance.
