Mr Elechi Owhoeke obtained an M.Sc. degree in Environmental Chemistry from the University of Uyo,Nigeria and B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He is a teacher and presently a Consultant with K.C.C Environmental Consult, Nigeria.
