Addressing water issues is an ethical duty from the school and pedagogical action, since education plays a fundamental role in the visibility of problem situations and in collective actions that contribute to the defense and care of water resources as a form of social and environmental sustainability of the territories; and, on the other hand, a duty in the construction of knowledge from the academy in the contribution to new reflections and research on this topic. In this sense, this research proposal is framed within the perspective of theecopedagogy, since it would significantly contribute to the understanding of the problems on the research proposal is framed in the perspective of ecopedagogy, since it would contribute significantly to the understanding of the problems of water resources in the municipality of Soacha, and in the recognition of the role of human beings with the environment and the interdependence of nature with human life and culture. Whose purpose is to reeducate people's look and develop the attitude of observing (caring, feeling close and affectively involved), so eco-training is necessary as a way to recover the conscience from the experience and the transit in daily life.
