Sarah Andreas is an author, and Corporate Coach. As the founder of WiseWood, LLC, she guides emerging leaders in identifying what is holding them back and how they can create and used strategy to move forward. Sarah has a Master's in Business Administration and is currently doing her dissertation work for her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Johnson University. A lifelong learner Sarah is a Kent State Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a DiSC(R) Facilitator. She uses these skills to help her clients identify current state, future state, and develop a strategy plan to move forward in their career journey. Sarah often shares an African Proverb: "If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together." Sarah believes that in building and maintaining relationships we can create growth and development for everyone. She is passionate about helping emerging leaders create strategies to achieve the career journey of their dreams. Sarah works for four Harley-Davidson dealerships in Northeastern Ohio for over 11 years. Riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle is one of her favorite summer past times. Sarah lives on a 250+ acre farm in Strasburg, Ohio with her husband Dan and their son Marcus. Yes, she can drive a tractor and ride a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
