Jerry W. Hedge is Senior Program Director of workforce and organizational effectiveness at RTI International. He has more than 30 years of experience in organizational research, working with public and private sector clients to improve workforce productivity. He is a fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association. Gary W. Carter is the Chief Professional Services Officer at PDRI. He has over 30 years of experience designing and successfully implementing results-driven talent management solutions. He is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
