She enjoys writing poetry and short stories. She is now working on a couple of children's books. Melisa has published five books which are "The Awakening", "Jesus the Bridge", "Unexpected Company", "Angels Unaware", and "The Race is On!". All of these can be ordered through the Barnes and Noble website. I enjoy painting "Art", playing the keyboard and the accordion. She also enjoys giving back to the community and reaching out to the hungry. She says "I believe that God will put me where He needs me the most."
