Carlos Alvarado-Larroucau is a novelist, poet and essayist, born in San Miguel de Tucuman, Argentina in 1964. Carlos Alvarado-Larroucau is a novelist, poet and essayist, born in San Miguel de Tucuman, Argentina in 1964.
