Autorenporträt
Rosemary Carroll has always loved the sea! She spent her summers clamming off her little rowboat, surfing the waves and riding horses into the bay. Now, when she's not painting, she operates Delaware Maritime Education specializing in teaching and training young people who want to work in the maritime industry. Her father was a Captain of large ships and he traveled all over the world. He earned the Congressional Gold Medal of Honor for exemplary service during World War II. Most of Rosemary's children have maritime careers who navigate ships through rivers, bays and ocean channels. Rosemary has written and illustrated books for The Plaza Hotel in NYC and created illustrations for many aspiring writers of children's books.
