Desiree Hajny is the winner of many national and international awards for her carvings (24 ""Best of"" shows and over 150 first-place honors), has been the featured artist for "Sculpture Forum" and "Wildlife Art News," and is a contributing editor of "Woodcarving Illustrated" magazine. She has authored 6 books and has contributed to many more. She travels North America teaching and attending shows and seminars.
