Autorenporträt
The author is an attorney-at-law and Tutor at Hugh Wooding law school Trinidad. He teaches Criminal Practice and Procedure and Trial Advocacy. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the West Indies, the Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School and a Master of Laws degree in Public law from the University of the West Indies. He is a practicing advocate since 1998 specialising in criminal law. He was also a former magistrate and a state counsel at the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
