This monograph traces the historical roots of Case Management System (CMS) in Educational Therapy (EdTx) and explores 10 selected models, in order to understand the system with its practical application through the CCAS model of human behavioral potentials. Within the CCAS framework, the Cognitive Hypothesis Testing emerges as a pivotal tool for CMS. The Triple-D model is introduced as an alternative CMS to the APIE model for EdTx with the aim to enhance its efficacy through the application of Learning Activity System. Within the broader context of the Ecological Systems Theory, where the EdTx CMS resides, a better understanding of an individual with special needs can be established. Inclusive and sustainable practices based on the 7 Universal Design principles are advocated within the EdTx CMS, aligning with contemporary educational paradigms. This ensures an inclusive EdTx CMS is accessible to all, regardless of abilities/needs. The monograph culminates in a case study, illustrating the practical implementation of an EdTx CMS. It concludes with a summary of the key insights gleaned throughout the text, highlighting the dynamic nature and importance of an effective EdTx CMS.
