A autora completou o seu mestrado em enfermagem (saúde de adultos) na faculdade de medicina de Chitwan, Nepal, em 2020. A autora tinha mais de 12 anos de experiência na área da enfermagem. Actualmente, trabalha como professora na faculdade de medicina e técnica Shree Bharatpur, Chitwan, Nepal.
