Considered as a path to success for young people, especially in developing countries, it has been noted that shortcomings and mores are not always in line with all the factors and variables related to entrepreneurship. For this reason, our study focused on the challenges related to youth entrepreneurship and the challenges faced by national organisations dealing with the issue of youth employment in our country. A typical sociological work with data collected in the field of our study, allowed us to see that there was a slight discrepancy between these two facts, but that they are still present in the canon of taking charge of the challenges intrinsic to entrepreneurship.

Nacida en Dakar (Senegal), Fatou Niang realizó sus estudios primarios en una escuela situada en el HLM. Por motivos familiares tuvo que dejar la capital para ir a Kaolack. Allí continuó sus estudios hasta el bachillerato en el famoso instituto Valdiodio Ndiaye. Tras el bachillerato, fue admitida en la UGB.
