Inspecteur Général d¿État, CAMARA Mamady Balla est actuellement le Directeur National de l¿Industrie de Guinée, Président CA de l'IRAG et Coordinateur du Programme Industrie, Investissements Privés, PPP et des PME. Titulaire d¿un Ph.D, il est un ancien Auditeur, Banquier et Inspecteur des Finances au Ministère de l¿Économie et des Finances.
