José Pizzaro is the owner of three restaurants in London: José, Pizarro, and José Pizarro. He has worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants like Eyre Brothers, Brindisa, and Gaudi. In 2014, he was voted one of the "100 Spaniards," which is awarded to the one hundred most notable Spaniards.
