Connie R. Hebert is a nationally acclaimed teacher of teachers, reading specialist, and motivational speaker. Her company, EINNOC Educational Enterprises, is dedicated to motivating, teaching, and inspiring educators around the world. Experience in the field includes director of reading (K-12), elementary teacher (7 school districts), reading specialist (K-6), gifted & talented teacher, elementary music teacher, and reading recovery teacher (3 school districts). She is the author of the books Catch a Falling Reader, Second Edition (published by Corwin Press in 2007) and Catch a Falling Teacher (2006). She served 9 years as a senior national consultant for SDE (Staff Development for Educators) and 3 years as a literacy consultant for Macmillan/McGraw-Hill's Treasures program. Hebert has been a national faculty instructor for Lesley University and served as a language arts instructor in 4 Massachusetts state colleges. She has spoken for teachers in 47 states and for many national, state, and European state reading conferences. Hebert received a doctorate in educational leadership, a master's degree in reading from the College of William & Mary, and reading recovery certification from Lesley University.
