In the present study, which deals with the influence of Catholic education on the thinking and praxis of young university students, we will attempt to characterize Catholic education, beginning with its antecedents, and a description of Christian education, the Catholic school, the problems of the Catholic school, where we could not miss a sketch of the situation of today's youth in the face of the religious dimension of life. Another important theme is that of religious teaching, the religious dimension of education and the educational process. Finally, some proposals and operative lines are gathered and proposed in the face of the problems facing Catholic education today.
