Karen lives, works and plays in the city of Melbourne, Australia, where she, her sons Alex and Nick, Vinnie and Maggie (the cats) and Conrad (the ever loving Labrador), thoroughly enjoy themselves. Cats in Flats was inspired by her sons' love of animals as tumbled together through childhood with their loving and mischievous pets.
