Poor pass rates in Zimbabwe s rural day primary schools cause for concern to all stakeholders in education like: Parents, Students, teachers, government and the employers. In the final chapter of the book, the writer will discuss the theoretical perspectives of the cause of low pass rates in schools with particular reference to the 5 systems theory and Maslow s needs hierarchy as they apply to all the causes discussed under the four chapters.

Amos Ndora is a writer who lives in Masvingo Province of Zimbabwe. He has experience in teaching in both primary and Secondary schools. He holds - M.Ed Management (ZOU, 2005), B.Ed Management (ZOU, 2002), Dip.Ed Primary Teacher (UZ 1997). He is currently studying for a PhD at ZOU where he is a lecturer in the department of education.
