Windy Dryden is the Professor of Psychotherapeutic Studies, Goldsmiths College, University of London. The UK's leading authority on Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (a form of CBT), Windy is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society and of the BACP. Windy was the founding editor of the British Journal of Cognitive Psychotherapy in 1982. In 2003, he became the editor of the Journal of Rational-Emotive and Cognitive-Behavior Therapy.
