The CdS based Fe doped thin films formed by electron beam evaporation technique. He received his Ph.D. degree in physics from Sri Venkateswara University in 2017. Ch. Ashoka Reddy, working as a Senior Lecturer, in Narayana Institutions, Nellore, India. Scientific interests: Fabrication and development of Thin Films. He has published more than 6 scientific papers.
